Living Pot Grown Rental Service
The tree and pot remain the property of Greenies Green Christmas Trees throughout the term of rental.
If you want to cancel your order then you must notify us by emailing in at greeniestrees@gmail.com at least 48 hours before 0001 on the scheduled collection date. We will then be able to issue a full refund minus our associated admin costs, If you cancel within the 48 hour window we will refund minus 75% of the cost. If these requirements are not adhered to then we will not be able to refund as this affects collection arrangements and organisation.
Please ensure all decorations are removed prior to return of the tree.
The hirer must follow the care instructions or the customer risks losing their deposit. These form part of the Terms & Conditions.
The hirer must NOT use artificial snow/flock/glitter sprays. These contain chemicals, will seriously damage the tree and we will need to recover the cost from the hirer.
If any damage is caused to the tree or pot, or if the care instructions are not followed, we reserve the right to keep the deposit.
Trees cannot be refunded or returned, except in accordance with your legal rights, for example in the event they are faulty or damaged.
The cancellation right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply to plants.
The trees are living so may have their own quirk of shape, you cannot return a tree if you do not like its shape.
The Pot Grown Christmas Tree is measured from the bottom of the pot to the tip of the tallest branch, the Leader to the nearest foot, +/- 6 inches

The trees should all be happy and healthy, if you feel your tree is not we advise you to let us know as soon as possible. If you contact us within 48 hours with a detailed explanation and provide photos as required of the issue we will endeavour to replace the tree at the next available delivery slot if we feel it’s necessary.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we treat any data you provide us. We will refund the deposit once the tree has been received back at the farm and checked to be in good order.
